Clinical Assessment - this is used to assess the clients range of movement, pain and restriction.
Cupping – works deep to help improve circulation, by reducing blood stagnation and helps to remove waste products within a region.
Trigger points – works on the theory of finding a taut (tight) spot that is within a muscle.
Myofascial release – is deep tissue work. Works to release muscles that are deeper.
Dry needling - works in line with trigger point therapy.
Mobilisation – is a rhythmical movement that helps relax and loosen soft tissue that’s attached to the bones and can allow for deep muscle treatment.
