Session Details
What do I do in a session?
“Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.”
Hippocrates
Is muscular pain or injury stopping you from doing the things you love??? Do NOT let it stop you. TRY MYOTHERAPY Today.
When I conduct a myotherapy session I will:
Talk to the client about what is actually going on to find out what may have caused the pain or injury. After I have had a chat with the client then I will go on to assess the region which will guide me to what is to be looked at. Once I have completed the assessment I will then explain to the client what I need them to do before I treat them and get them to get prepared onto the table once I leave the room. I will then come back when they are ready and begin by palpating the region to find the tight muscle or muscles. From that I will then look at what I will use to treat the muscles. Such as myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, etc. When I have finished I will leave the room and get the client to redress themselves. When I come back into the room I will then reassess the region to look for improvements. Depending on the pain level still felt will then depend on when I give stretches and or exercises to help the client with managing the pain.
